Prices

All prices shown on the website are given in Euros (€). Prices shown already include VAT at legal rate. Prices are subject to change without previous warning. Normal postage and packing are added to the base price and are shown already added to this in the total price of each order. Special postage and packing are dealt with case by case.

When ordering from our website, “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” sends an automatic e-mail to the buyer, with the agreement between buyer and the company.

The invoice with the final price as shown when ordering is included with the items ordered.

Conditions

“CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR TYPING ERRORS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER; before final ordering the buyer shall check carefully if the text typed is correct. In case an error is detected, information to correct it shall be e-mailed to “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” within 24 hours. This last text sent is the one which will be used.

“CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” reserves the right to refuse orders requesting dummies with text that contains inappropriate language for baby products.

“CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” calls your attention to bear in mind that the colours shown in your computer can, in some cases differ slightly to the real colour of the products. This varies depending on the Internet browser or the monitor being used.

Payment

Delivery

“CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” uses “Correios de Portugal” for all deliveries.

To the value of all orders will be added delivery costs which will be calculated accordingly to destination and weigh of the package.

Delivery rates are based on “Correios de Portugal” current postal rates, plus a small sum to cover packaging and handling. “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” is not responsible for delays or returns of post packages due to incorrect or incomplete address. As well, re-sending to the address corrected by the client will be added to charges. If, two weeks after posting, the customer has not received the package, contact should be established with “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” to find what happened to the package.

Delivery time refers to the number of useful days that pass before “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” ships the ordered items.

RETURNS

All items are checked by “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” before being sent to the client and, because of this, only articles damaged by transportation will changed without further charges.

Our products are of the best quality and are manufactured by factories which are top in their field and which manufacture according to all European rules following rigorous processes of control testing.

The Client has 14 (fourteen) days to proceed with this. For doing so, he shall send to “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” an e-mail explaining which type of problem was found, the reference of the article to which this is referred to and the number of the invoice accompanying it.

If the product has been used and if the pack has been opened simple devolution also does not apply.

After “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” accepts the problem, the Client shall return the goods to “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®”. Please write "REPLACEMENT" clearly on the envelope. While not a requirement, handling is easier if all relevant information is included with the returned package; for example, a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or a copy of any previous correspondence, etc.

A new item will be sent, as soon as “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” receives the returned one. Charges for this last posting will be on us.

IMPORTANT – RETURNS AND/OR CANCELLING THE ORDER

CONSIDERING THAT THE MAJORITY OF ORDERS DONE CONSIST OF PERSONALISED OR SPECIALLY ENGRAVED PRODUCTS, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GUARANTEE THE CANCELLING OF AN ORDER. After this order is received, a short period of time exists till the beginning of the process of laser engraving; after this process is started NO CANCELLING can take place as we expect that our Clients will understand. For this same reason any devolution behind the reasons above mentioned cannot be accepted. In all cases of personalized products, cancellation period starts the moment that the order is confirmed and stops when the product starts the process of personalization.

Warranty

There is a two-year warranty provided in accordance with standard consumer law, which covers fabrication and material defects that are ascertained during normal use of the product. Damage to the product resulting from incorrect use, mistreatment, modifications or gross misuse by the user, are not covered by the warranty. “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” must be informed of defects that should be determined by a customary inspection of the product within a reasonable timeframe, if the product is to be replaced. Thereafter, the product can be returned for repair, to be replaced or, if agreed to, to be credited. In the case of replacement of a faulty product, “CHUPETAS COM LETRAS ®” will pay associated shipping costs, as long as these are reasonable.
